Seagate’s Crystal Reports can be used to create custom report templates, which can then be integrated with the default Bentley Utility Designer report templates in the database. For example, a custom report template can be created that will generate GIS graphics (i.e., a construction drawing).

When a custom report template is created, it is important to clear the Save Data with Report option on File menu so that the system will always update the report template with fresh data rather than save a snapshot of the data that existed when the report template was first created.
